Legal Eagles Flock To KHPS

King, Holmes, Paterno & Soriano has announced the addition of two new partners; veteran legal eagles Scott McDowell have joined the firm.

McDowell most recently served as EVP, Head of Legal & Business Affairs, for Warner Chappell Music. He was previously Director, Legal & Business Affairs, for Warner Records.

Music attorneys who arrived at KHPS in 2021 include partner Michael Rexford, formerly of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, and associates Tyler Garber, erstwhile of Universal Pictures, and Christopher Chiang, formerly of Michelman & Robinson.
