Biography

Carly Trainor is an associate in the firm’s entertainment and corporate departments. She represents artists, companies, investors and executives in transactions throughout all stages of the business lifecycle (including joint ventures, commercial transactions, strategic partnerships, equity financings and M&A). Prior to joining the firm, Carly practiced for many years with Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP’s Entertainment & Media transactional practice group. Carly began her career at Venable LLP and moved with her Venable team to open Willkie’s Los Angeles office in 2021.
