Brigitte Alanis is an associate in the firm's entertainment department. Her practice encompasses a wide range of transactional matters in music, entertainment, digital media, branding and endorsements.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Alanis represented actors, writers, directors and content creators in the Entertainment and Digital Media practice groups at Weintraub Tobin Chediak Coleman Grodin Law Corporation. Ms. Alanis graduated from UCLA School of Law, where she was president of the Entertainment Law Association and was a member of the inaugural class of the UCLA Music Industry Clinic. While in law school Ms. Alanis served as an extern at music companies including: Universal Music Enterprises, Warner/Chappell, and Global Music Rights. Ms. Alanis earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University where she graduated cum laude and majored in Political Science and Visual Media Studies.
