Samuel Hirsch

Samuel Hirsch is an associate in the firm's entertainment and corporate departments. His practice encompasses a wide range of general corporate, transactional music, entertainment, digital media and intellectual property matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hirsch was an associate in the corporate department of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, working primarily on private equity mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Hirsch graduated from UCLA School of Law with a specialization in Media, Entertainment & Technology Law and Policy. While in law school, Mr. Hirsch worked as a legal extern at Warner Records.

Before starting at UCLA School of Law, Mr. Hirsch began his career in the mailroom and as an agent assistant at Creative Artists Agency. Mr. Hirsch earned his undergraduate degree from UCLA where he graduated summa cum laude and majored in Communication Studies.
