Biography
Samuel G. Roseme is a partner of King, Holmes, Paterno & Soriano, LLP. Mr. Roseme’s practice covers all aspects of the entertainment industry, including transactional work on behalf of studios, networks, production companies and talent in connection with the development, production, financing, distribution and licensing of entertainment properties. He also focuses on corporate transactional work for individuals, companies and investment funds.
Mr. Roseme has also worked with numerous startups and investors, and has represented venture capital funds in numerous rounds of investments in startup companies. He has also counseled a variety of digital media startup clients in all aspects of their formation, including drafting and negotiating venture financing documents, intellectual property licensing agreements and employment agreements.
Mr. Roseme was admitted to the California bar in 2007. Education: Hunter College (BA in English); Columbia Law School (J.D., 2006).
