Ms. Beletsky specializes in representing banks and bank holding companies in a wide spectrum of securities, corporate and banking law matters. Her practice focuses on public offerings of securities, including both initial public offerings and secondary offerings, private placements of securities, SEC 1934 Act reporting, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions , exchange offers, new bank formations, branch purchases and sales, holding company reorganizations and bank charter conversions. She represents clients before the SEC, the Comptroller of the Currency, FDIC, Federal Reserve Board and California Department of Business Oversight. She assists clients in their corporate law matters, including executive employment agreements and employee equity incentive plans.

Ms. Beletsky began her practice in New York at the law firm of Shea & Gould representing both large and medium sized businesses in that firm’s corporate and securities transactional department. She received her law degree from Georgetown University and is licensed to practice law in New York and California.
