Upwardly mobile corporate and entertainment attorney Samuel Roseme has joined King, Holmes, Paterno & Soriano as a partner a mere 10 years after completing his higher education.

A 2006 graduate of Columbia University Law School, young Sam already has extensive experience repping studios, networks and production companies in connection with development, production, financing, distribution and licensing of entertainment properties. He’s also experienced in corporate transactional work for individuals, companies and private-equity firms in connection with acquisitions, JVs, debt and equity financings. By contrast, the most complicated thing we do during a typical workday is figure out what to have for lunch.

By the way, the King in the firm’s name is Howard King, whose specialties include the handling of seven-year-statute cases for artists. Little wonder that Howard’s favorite actress is the pioneering Olivia De Havilland, who has lived in Paris since 1956, and celebrated her 100th birthday on July 1.
